IR & ER Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience prefer in the same field.
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications business, manpower regulation, knowledge of Industrial Relation with government and employee relation.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Planning, preparing and doing any programs from HR activities.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Monitoring and analyzing new manpower6 regulation arranged by government.
- Monitoring the issues and situations which are expanded in company environment, employees or matters in the field of manpower.
- Computer literate (MS Office) is must.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Good Analytical Thinking.
- Have Strong Integrity and Loyalty.
